Once you have placed your order it will enter our job queue, for some items such as rubber stamps production will be completed within 24 hours. We suggest you tell us if you require something urgently.
All products online that you can design yourself have the option of express post, or you can pick up at our factory. If you have a custom job and wish to have it delivered tell us and we will provide the cost of delivery.
It is best to include in your email or message every detail about the job including sizes. We will then create a proof and email it to you for approval. Products such as Brass Plaques may take up to two weeks depending on the style of engraving and finish required.
